Our herbal tea contains only the lotus plant, making it a healthy caffeine-free drink that can be enjoyed at any time. Many brew this drink in a jug and enjoy it through out the day, both hot or cold.

ABOUT LOTUS TEA
The lotus plant is native to India, spreading throughout the sub continent, South East Asia and China. It is mostly found in ponds and aquatic areas, with its distinctive exquisite blossom flower on the surface. We sourced our Lotus leaves from the Henan province where it is widely used by the local population.
HOW TO BREW LOTUS TEA
Step 1
Start by heating water to 90-100°C
Step 2
Add 1-3 tbsp per cup of our pure loose-leaf tea per cup (250ml) of water
Step 3
Rinse leaves with heated water. Pour fresh heated water and cover.
Step 4
Let tea infuse for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour into a cup through a strainer or let the leaves settle at the bottom.
Step 6
Now Enjoy a beautiful infusion - hot or cold.
