Hua Hong Cha
Our truly exquisite Red Rose (Hua Hong Cha) is a mild, floral blend of sweet black tea from the Zhejian region with red roses from Jiansu: a match made in heaven. A wonderfully warming tea, Red Rose can be enjoyed black or with milk and sugar.

ABOUT RED ROSE
Silver Needle (Bai Ho-WuYiQu Hao) is one of the most loved white teas, made from only whole buds picked at their most tender.
Our rare variety from Zhen He is less well known. The downy buds are hand-picked and dried in doors with natural sun light for 10 to 14 days pending on the weather.
This special tea is sourced from 800-1200 meter mountains in Zhen He, Fujian province. The best leaves are harvested in Spring and all our Silver Needle teas are exclusively bought during the Spring harvest.
HOW TO BREW RED ROSE
Start by heating water to 75-85°C
Add 1 tbsp per cup of our pure loose-leaf tea per cup (250ml) of water
Rinse leaves with heated water. Pour fresh heated water and cover.
Let tea infuse for 1-2 minutes.
Pour into a cup through a strainer or let the leaves settle at the bottom.
Now Enjoy up to three infusions
